Extremely Bad Service & Unhelpful Staff, Really Disappointed

I signed up with Vox in Nov/Dec 2018. I wanted to double check the coverage in my area as I couldn't see it on their coverage map, I had a live chat with them, gave them the address and they confirmed that the whole area is covered (I still have the chat transcript). Everything seemed to be working fine with some buffering/delays at times, nothing too bad, Then in April 2019 I experienced extremely bad connection... Live stream buffered every 5 seconds ****erally), apps wouldn't update, just a mess. When I phoned Vox they told me I was outside of the coverage area because Cell C (which was the internet provider) switched off one of their towers in my area (still don't know why I wasn't informed of this), after a few days of back and forth communication they told me that the only option was for me to purchase and install a range extender at my own cost or terminate the service. Then all of a sudden the connection was back to normal, no problems, nearly any buffering... as if nothing was ever wrong. Everything seemed to be fine up until this past Saturday (23 July 2019) where there was a power outage in my area, when the power came back on, the same April issues were back, live streaming pixelated and getting stuck every 5 seconds, struggling to update apps, same-old same-old. Called Vox again just now and it's the same story "You are outside the coverage area..." and now they have to escalate it which will take 72 hours to give me response, I'll have to keep on struggling for 4 more days while Vox keeps on taking my money every month. How is it possible to have no issues for May, June and 22 days in July and then all of a sudden issues all over the place? This is really unacceptable and at this point in time I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with Vox Telecom.
