EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

This is the worst service i have ever received of experienced from anyone, from the beginning up to now. Regarding the installation of Fibre. No one at the company will call you back with feedback. NO communication! Had an installation appointment which never happened. They expect you to to wait for them for over an hour. Technician will call to say he is running late and should be there within 20min. During the time trying to get hold of him without any luck, being passed from the one to the other without any success. trying to get hold of technician without success for almost an hour. DO NOT USE VOX TELECOM AT ALL!!! YOU WILL BE DEEP FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED.
