Extremely bad service.

They do not answer the phone and you wait very long for an answer if they answer. First they could not fix my connectivity and I waited three months for them to fix it. In the end they fixed the problem after I gave notice. When they then quickly fixed it, I asked them to cancel the notice. Since then there is always something wrong. In the end I had no internet and no one came to help. Eventually that was sorted. Now I am receiving two accounts and are paying double. Calling and calling and no one answers. They do not respond to any email at all. I have no idea how to get my money back or for how long this is going to continue before it is fixed. It does not help going to their offices because all work from home and you get no assistance. If there are people there that can help you, they just do not go to reception and ignore you despite the fact that the receptionist called them.
