EXTREMELY BAD SALES SERVICE - LET'S YOU SIT WITH UNWANTED DEBT!!!!!!
Surely the fact that VPN will not work via EUTELSAT should have been communicated with me when I app**** for this service? Surely your sales technicians should ask questions regarding the usage of a certain service which they apply for? We are not all IT experts! Now I am sitting with EUTELSAT which does not work for me and I have to pay penalties of R36,000 to have this service cancelled. I also had to take out a WiFI contract with Vodacom, which works 100% for me - as they have explained the service to me, unlike Vox!!!!!

Kindly note that the cancellation Department has sent correspondence to you pertaining to your cancellation query and the outcome thereof.
This is a 24 Month contract , Early cancellation fees apply on term contracts when subscriber cancel services prior to the end of the contract.
One full clear calendar months’ notice is required, We did however , received approval from the product management team that the cancellation penalty fee can be reduced as per cancellation quote Q***
