Exploiting customers with high bills
I have used Vox for 2 years, the month 2 month contract. When I got terminated mid June, they required a full payment for that current month and an extra payment so that's 2 full installments (bear in mind you no longer using the service but you paying) on top of that they will add a couple of thousands to the bill. So when you leave your literally required to pay thousands of Rands. Go with Rain, their month2month is what they say it is, when you want 2 leave they pick up the router end of story. Vox will have you highly indebted for a service you not using and they will keep adding amounts to the bill. I will be taking this up with ICASA to investigate they way Vox exploits consumers
