Exploitation from Vox

Unprofessional and exploitation of this company. We get no service and now they want to hand us over to their attorneys for no services........ we asked how many times to install our wifi to our new premises but no action was taken since 17 January. We receive a statement of R5000 and they demand we should pay...... for what? They keep on saying its not a use as you pay....... but we informed these people that we moved. We send out emails and whatsapps we even phoned them still no action was taken from there side. The services is horrible and *************...
