Expecting payment with no services

This Vox company has alot of issues worst service in the world,Vuma came to install fibre lines and Vox came to install their services nothing worked for more than 2 months,yet Vox is sending me an invoice I owe them.Vumas lines are not working on my street I've never used their data nothing has ever worked,I told them I'm terminating their services that doesn't work an they expect me to pay for terminating early But the service doesn't work.
