Expected to pay for nothing in return.
Locked in a contract for Shared Hosting - but instead, receiving constant server hosting issues. At this point it looks like I will be obligated to pay for a service not given. Looking forward to receiving reliable shared hosting at a reliable ISP.

01 Sept 2025, 13:00Already have been dealing with support for a week now - constant issues between SSL certificates, website down time, unusable slow speeds.
I don't understand how a customer can be bound to pay off a contract term when the service being received is almost none existent.
