Excessive bill
We had a 2MB 3G data stick contract with MTN, Vox Telecom for /- 3 years account every month between R200.00 and R300.00, al of a sudden we received bills for R2600.00 the R700.00 and the last one R4600.00. we immediately stopped using the data stick and after no proper response cancelled the contract. Vox Telecom just told us it's data we used and they can not give us any detail on witch websites that was visited.
