Exceptional service

I'm very delighted with the service received from one of the Technicians at Vox.I had logged a call requesting assistance with setting up my WiFi/Router.So he contacted me yesterday,I can't recall his name but it starts with D. My goodness I battled with the set up and he was so patient with me,he neared with me while I tried all 3 of my devices. This took approximately 1h30 as I was experiencing connection issues,the call got cut off he still called me back and continued to assist until I was sorted.He guided me through out the whole process.I honestly appreciate this world class service,it was beyond expectation.
