Excellent service from Vox Support Intern

We have just received excellent service from Thando Mazibuko, an Intern for FTTH at Vox Support, who assisted us in resolving a FTTH problem by showing initiative and investigating the problem properly. Thanks to him, we did not need to escalate the problem (for a third time) and our Fibre line speed has been restored.
