Excellent service - Fibre line down - Nautilus Village Gordons Bay - 12 & 13 February 2026

Vox and Frog Foot Teams,

This is a review to thank all that were involved with restoring the fibre line at 6 & 7 Royal Cu Cap, Nautilus Village, Gordons Bay, but especially to the team on site (assume it was a frogfoot team). It was the second time in two days that they had to come out to repair / replace the fibre line that was damaged when a burst water pipe was repaired. This team were amazing, arriving just before 5pm on a Friday, they worked tirelessly until the early hours of Saturday morning to restore internet service for our area. That to me was such a sacrifice and is truly appreciated.

Please can you ensure that every single person on that team and everyone else involved with restoring the fibre service is personally thanked and our appreciation is expressed.

Not a 5 star service, but 10 star service was given. Thank you Vox and Frog Foot, we appreciate the sacrifice that was given for us to have internet service.
