Excellent service all round with the payment department needing adjustment

I have had VOX fibre installed some 4 months ago and the service has been excellent. The installation was hassle free and professional. The service and response from the area manager was immediate and helpful. The assistance from the technical department was outstanding on the one occasion I required clarification on a technical issue. The only reason not giving a 5 star rating is the payment process where the online system seems to want to force one to select the debit order option. I was told by the area manager to ignore that as I would subsequently receive monthly invoice which I can pay eft which is my choice of payment.
