Excellent Service

I rate Vox Telecom an average of 4 stars. For service I would give them 5. However they keep on increasing their rates, the last rate increase from 1 April 2020 is massive. I used to be on 4 Mbps, they jumped to 10Mbps and told me that I can't go on a lower plan. The price was adjust accordingly. Just today I saw on an email, promoting free service upgrades where they are offering upgrades from 4 to 10Mbps, meaning that 4Mbps were still available. Now to me that is dishonest. In summary the good service makes up for it I guess.
