Excellent Service

I was very happy with the service I got from the Vox team - very professionally handled. Firstly I received an email and sms to say they would like to come to exchange my old router for a new updated one and that they will be calling me. They gave me the number they will be calling on. Once we made the appointment - the day and time, I was sent the name and a photo of the consultant that would be coming to install my router and a calendar reminder of the time and date. He arrived exactly at the given time and was very polite and friendly. Job was done quickly - I was very impressed.
