Excellent Customer Service and Fibre Connectivity from VOX

I would like to publish my appreciation to Brandon who is a Project Specialist at VOX. He resolved my query by taking ownership of my query, identifying the issue and liaising with the relevant stakeholders. Through Brandon I have experienced excellent service from VOX and I am happy with my VOX fibre connection. It is good to know that service providers like VOX value their subscribers and that they use a a principle of under promising and over delivering!
