Excellend

I lost connection with my wifi yesterday. The two call-centre technicians I spoke to were super friendly and helpful, and attempted to resolve the issue on the call. After it was ascertained that it was an issue with the line, they logged a house-call. First thing this morning a wonderful young man arrived and discovered a problem with 'too much traffic' on the line, and all was fixed. What amazing, quick service and really friendly knowledgeable staff all around. Thank you Vox Telecom!
