Errenous invoice

After I complained about Vox telecom on Hellopeter"s site, I received positive feedback from Vox telecom. Especially two ladies supported my requests and diligently gave me feedback. Thank you Mrs Kay and Jani. Jani actually forwarded my complaint to a senior in Vox just after receiving a surgical.procedure. Mrs Kay Korff took the matter further and resolved it without any further delays. I received an official credit note in my favour. .

Thank you Hellopeter for making this platform easily availible to share my complaint on other media platforms,. Thank you Mrs Kay and Jani, and thank you Vox.
