EMPTY PROMISES & NO DELIVERY

I contacted Vox to enquire what my options were as I live remotely and want to tutor online. The only service available to me in my area was a Vox Satellite, which I app**** for. Prior to applying, I specifically informed the agent that this was for online tutoring and was assured by the agent that this system would work. I took the highest package with the highest cost (to make sure that the speed was sufficient for online teaching). It took them more than 7 weeks to install the satellite dish at my property after promising a 4 week delivery period. It has now been about 4 weeks after the satellite dish was installed and Vox still cannot get the system to work properly! According to Vox if they supply you with 30% of the speed that you pay for, this is sufficient in terms of their contract with you!! So this begs the question, why pay for more upload & download speed, when clearly according to Vox, despite what you contract and pay for - you are only going to get 30% of that? In my opinion, stay far away from this company.
