Empty Promises

I feel depressed and I'm at a loss for what to do. Vox assured me that I would receive my router within 5-7 days, but it has been since November and I still haven't received it; today is December 17, 2024. I've called every day, and although Charlie was my agent, it appears that no one is taking responsibility. Someone else canceled my order, and now I have to pay for a service I never received. It seems that no one is concerned about doing their job. The reason I am leaving this review is that I feel like just a number, with no respect shown towards serving their clients.
