Empty Promises

Over a month and counting, I have spent numerous hours trying to get Vox to give me an installation date for the Fibre. I have spoken to the Regional Manager, agents and everyone passes the buck. Empty promises, it seems as though they are a little Mickey Mouse Office trying to find Disneyland. They are having teething problems after being in the Industry as long as their competitors.
