Empty promise

Fibre to the home... Empty Promise.. We were told it would take around 4 weeks that was 6 weeks ago, I have logged several queries online , the call center has about 35 other caller sin front. No one has bothered to respond. I tried to contact the sales man but he has obviously got his commission. Guess I will high Jack their launch tonight.
