One of the worst and pathetic services I ever used, regret ever signing up with them. Services is so poor and they take their own time to respond to a simple email. I had to sit without internet connectivity for over a month and yet be expected to pay my premium, which services am I paying for by the way? They are so unreliable and inconveniencing and the consultants are unprofessional. I have cancelled their services that are non existent and I am being told that I have to pay R2200 for the cancellation and yet the fault is on their side which unreliability of their services. I wouldn’t advise anyone to make use of their services, rather stick to the known service providers because they not *********** customers instead they value them. Vox is a NO NO!!!!!!!!!!
