easy to debit money but cannot provide the service.
After numerous times logging calls since last year October. All the troubleshooting I had to do over the phone. All the google services issues I had . Just when I want to cancel I must cancel within a months notice otherwise they can still debit from my account after cancellation . But all the times I was having issues you guys didn't take that into account .
Can't even send a technician out to troubleshoot and see why I am logging calls for the same things over and over.

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the cancellation team did attempt to make contact, Unfortunately we were unable to reach you on the nominated contact details on the account.
As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
A Customer must give one clear calendar month notice of his/her intention to cancel the services in writing.
