Easy money making scheme, Locking customers in.

Just a piece of advise and to warn you, i bought data from vox for R259, 150GB and didn't use it for three months because i had another package i was still using and the idea was that should my data on the other package be depleted than i can swap over to the 450Gb that i bought for three months. In my mind i just cancelled my debit order with Vox and unfortunately It so happened that you can't cancel your debit order otherwise you will loose your data and in return treating Vox Telecom like the salvation army recognising them as an NGO. This is a very good way of locking in your customers and obviously making more money, therefore you will never leave Vox because you don't want to loose the data you already bought.<br> <br> So just as a piece of advise guys think carefully before choosing Vox Telecoms as your ISP. I am still exploring options on how to work around this by consulting with the NCC on how to get my money back and taking my business elsewhere but until then, choose carefully!!
