Maybe Vox is just too big and does not worry about clients. I have been trying to get a wifi installation done in Yzerfontein as from mid Nov 2020. I have spoken to numerous people by name of Alex, Forrest, Craig, Monica and Lujanda without success. The property that i have moved to has a fixed wifi line installed by Frogfoot and i need to move the line aprox 500mm. Vox still has not activated the line for myself and also tell me i need to pay R1700 to Frogfoot to have the line moved. Vox has little to no customer service and cannot recommend them. I believe price is good and data is good but customer service to sort out or start a new subscription, just a NO GO
