Double debitted
Hi guys can you please advise why have I been double debited on the 3rd Aug and again 22nd August for the Same month you guys took off 1201.30 and im only supposed to be paying 665 per month ... that is what I agreed Upon with the sales again no where did he mention yourl will deduct same amount twice in a month and I jus installed with you guys in August please rectify and refund the extra amount billed

Kindly note that the Vox billing is done in advance. The first Invoice for your Service is issued upon activation and is payable with the invoice billed in advance for the next month.
Therefor, your billing will be for a pro-rated period, together with the full coming month in advance billing to give you your billed amount as per invoice sent.
New monthly invoices are issued between the 22 -25th of each month.
