Dont waste your time with Vox, they are pathetic

WORST COMPANY EVER! They are so pathetic I don't even have words anymore. I have been struggling for 3 months just to get service from them. To say the least I was the first person to apply on my property but everyone on the properry has wifi except me! The other day I was on the phone for more than an hour just for them to drop the call, phoned back and ended up speaking to a Molly, please teach your people some phone etiquette! The word pathetic doesnt even describe her she's useless, was chewing bubblegum so loud it was unmistakable. She said they will phone me back, its been a week and still no one phoned back or anything happened.. Do not waste your time using these people bacuse no one knows how to do their job, its been a blaming game between Vox and Open serve from day one but honestly not one of them actually knows how to deliver a service. Its Ridiculous. Ive asked to cancel my order 3 times already and they cant even do that! What a joke..
