Dont use VOX Telecom

Vox is the worst ISP I came across. I asked for an line upgrade for that has been done. But in the progress they have cancelled my data ( meaning i have no internet ) and my line is suspended according to Vox it was a system glitch. I first made contact 27/05/2021 @ 6h30 the morning, the Gentle man said my line would be resorted in the next 30 min, and guess what nothing happens. Later that day i made multiple phone calls to Vox with not luck. Last person I spoke to escalated the problem to management time was about 16h00. Is now the 28/05/2021 and the problem is still not solved and no feedback from Vox saying they are working on the problem.
