DON'T USE VOX TELECOM!

I Selected Vox Telecom for fibre installation because they have a major presence in George and was told by the salesperson that he will be our "go-to" person for any issues and is only a phone call or Whatsapp away. We even spoke to one of the Managers in George who said he'll provide his number. I am not going to relay the long, frustrating story but after 5 days we still don't have fibre and not a single person we've spoken to, including people from Frogfoot's installation sub-contractor bothers to return calls or address the issue as urgent and take action. We deal with bad service in South Africa on a daily basis but I have to say that this has been one of my worse experiences. Just stay away from Vox even if they have the best deal that you can find. I am hoping for this contract to be cancelled and move to another service provider. I have experience with good service from Afrihost and have friends with the same experience, so I'm hoping the experience will be better with them.
