Dont use VOX
By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had , on top of rude installers and terrible network stability. more down time then actual use. 3-5 days to respond to tickets. Id rather pay LTE prices than deal with this lot

26 Nov 2025, 09:37After a lengthy telephone discussion with your accounts department and several emails concerning the credit owing for the almost 14 days without service, I get my statement today and not only is there no credit but you have the audacity to still charge me a cancelation fee. So not only must I pay for a service I did not receive but I must also pay extra when I decide I've had enough of your terrible service and vile customer support.

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
Fibre and Telecommunications Products are best effort Broadband Services, which does not provide full reliability on all additional services.
There is no Service Level Agreement between Vox and the customer with regards to resolution timeframes of downtime and provision of strength on different PlayStation/Gaming/Internet TV connections or any other services making use of the Broadband Services.
here is also no agreement which guarantees 100% uptime or a credit for downtime, should there be any.
