Don't use vox

This is the first time I am installing fibre in my house, and someone referred me to this sh*t house of a company. First it took 3 weeks to get everything sorted, so when everything was accepted they immediately started billing me without yet sending the router. So The router never showed up after 4 days. So I sent them mails regarding the router and got no response. So I canceled my subscription with them and 3 day later I received the router. Then they sent me an invoice for the router and the 'so called service I used' from them. I haven't even used a byte. Now I sitting with a router I don't want with no internet access 'that is supposed to be activated ' and no reply from their management. For a first time user this is the most pathetic service I've received. I'd rather stick to Vodacom than these ****ers.
