Don't use these guys
It's becoming more and more clear how vox does not care about their clients they say the is issue is payment once they have the full amount they don't care weather or not you are connected if I can recommend I would tell everyone stay away from vox they don't deserve your business or your money they going to just be a problem also they will waste your airtime R1000 if not more
