DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO VOX FIBRE

On the 26th of March I called Vox., my account number *** is and I had an intension to cancel my services I subsequently changed my mind and called them that I am no longer canceling my account I will continue with the service. Yesterday I see that a cancelation fee has been louded on my account with a new qoute of the same account dating the 01 April which baffles me as how can they cancel my account to load the same account again?

My advise don't ever subscribe to Vox Telecoms, they do false advertising, and they are not on a month to month basis but 12 months fixed contract. They are rigid and not innovative in thier services because they want to take our hard earned money and I've been sending emails with no response, I've been waiting for a call back since morning and nothing to date..
