Don't recommend vox to anyone
I would avoid this service by all means !!!! Every weekend my internet goes down . Have to phone 7 to 8 times just to get it back on again . With no payment problems or anything from my side . This weekend no one can help me get it back on I have tried with calling technical support 8 times all I get is we have logged a ticket . Messages 9 times no feedback. I will be canceling with this people they clearly have no clue what's going on. Or are to busy to even try and help!!! A few weekends ago there was a very helpful gentleman that helped me and sorted me out under a minute. But now..... still waiting, begging and pleading for help since Friday still no internet!!!! Absolutely ******* would not recommend vox to anyone!!!!!!
