Don't offer a Whatsapp channel if you don't have the capacity for it

This review is specifically regarding Vox's Whatsapp service. Their Fibre provision is very good, but the client service is wanting. I would highly recommend you discontinue your Whatsapp communication line until you can provide timeous responses to enquiries, otherwise it's pointless and I might as well just log a ticket on your website, since the response time is just as slow.
