Don't go with vox

I wish I had an option to give zero stars because I've received zero service over the past 2 months that I've battled to get connected. If you're lucky to speak to someone they contradict what the last person said. I've literally been begging since zoom came out for their technician to come complete the installation but I get generic responses about my query being escalated. I regret going through vox, honestly anyone would of been better
