This is the most pathetic service provider on the planet. AFter 6 emails reporting no connectivity, I give notice to terminate immediately and they cut my internet off for three days. No explanation. To get released i had to visit their offices in Rutherford park, sent from pillar to post, i finally got attention when i grabbed some unsuspecting executive walking down the stair. Now i get a month's invoice a month later with an interest charge for not paying and invoice i never received! A crock of bull!!! I moved to COOL IDEAS for excellent service and frictionless connectivity at R400 CHEAPER per month for the pleasure
