Don't give them your hard earn money - They don't appreciate it!

I've never experienced poor service like this before.. I've been struggling with terrible internet speed since the beginning of August 2020 and after numerous phone calls, late night troubleshooting etc the issue is still not sorted.

No manager ever gets back to you, they never call you when they promised to, they make you wait days on end forcing you to eventually call them for an update only to be told someone will call you back shortly, which never happens.

DO NOT give them your hard earned money!
