Dont get what I am paying for getting very annoying!!!!!!!

Good evening Again we start this all over again....... We have a 200mgb line and only get average 97mgb. If we phone support they tell you to restart the router. Still we average that speed. If you phone again then some one pick up the phone and tell you a agent will phone you back they are all busy and then they cant hear you over the IP phone.......

This is getting too much for me. Vox you have already refunded me last month do you want to do this again for this month.
