Don't even think of Vox when trying to get internet

I only wanted to upgrade my line and make it a little faster, "was what I was hoping for", Instead. What I experience was 1 week of no Internet and still not fixed with empty promises of sending out technicians to try and fix the problem. putting all the blame on Vumatel (which is just as useless) and not doing anything about it. With a huge lack of communication. not even coming back to me after having called them about 10 times and still counting.
