Don't deal with Vox!

Even 1 star is to much, but have to select at least 1.

After receiving a cancellation quote of zero and accepting it, after my 2 years was up for the second time. I got a confirmation and left it at that. 2 months later I get another quote for R299 cancellation and R66 device rental. I declined it as I already accepted the previous one, and they debited my account anyway! CPA says you can't charge cancellation fees, but they said it courier fees to collect the router, mind you, I have had the same router for 4 years and paid rental for 4 years, they never sent me a new one when I renewed. I refused, reversed the debit orders and made a noise.

So, eventually they passed a credit, but, then, wait for it, they just billed the same fees again after the credit passed!! I mean really!!

Don't deal with them, they are ******* and they think they are above the laws of this country, but they will learn!!
