Don't deal with them, they are *******

After trying to downgrade my service as I am allowed to do according to the T&C of month to month contract I signed, it kept failing. After 6 days of numerous calls with them regarding this matter, where they promised me that I could downgrade , they were unable to do it.

So I demanded a cancellation. They just billed me for R2700 for this cancellation, which included billing for the next month

Don't sign anything or deal with these ******
