Domain Hosting

I pay my VOX account regularly on time every month to host my email domain and 2 Kaspersky accounts. Since this morning my emails would not work. Clients phoned me to say that their emails got returned saying "the domain does not exist" I phoned the technical department and was told that my domain contract was not renewed. Nobody sent me any renewal notification. I had never in the 12 years received renewal notifications. The just stopped it although they receive my payment with open hands. Pathetic and who do we blame???
