Doesn't care about customers, pathetic service
<p>Placed a fibre and VOIP order with Vox in June 2016 valued at over a quarter of a million rand. We were allocated a Project Manager (Javani Rajoo) whose first email stated:</p> <p>"Please note you are currently in Phase 1: Ordering and planning (Up to 8 weeks)"</p> <p>For months I continued to get a copy pasted email from Javani stating:</p> <p>"Please note that you are still in Phase 1: Ordering and Planning Phase"</p> <p>I kept raising the issue with both the sales person and Project Manager but continued to receive these annoying emails that show no progress or explination to the delay. 6 Months Later I had enough, I requested a manager call me. I was promissed a call the next day. Never happened. I sent a complaint and finally got a call. The manager (Peter Motaung) promissed he would get detailed feedback and get back to me the same day. 3 days later not a phone call or email. </p> <p>This is just pathetic and inexcusible customer service. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I received an email from Nathaniel (Head of Project Management) over a week ago. The email was non apologetic and instead chose to make excuses about the influx of fibre demand and to tell me how Vox has chosen the right infrastructure partners.
One of the calls I got from Peter in the project management team was to ask me to go double check if somebody had spliced a fibre cable in my computer room. No one at Vox seems to know what is going on, nor are they able to get any information from their infrastructure partner.
All I've subsequently received were pictures which show how simple the fibre installation is from the manhole to our building ****erally 5 steps away). I also got told that one of the body corporate members refused to sign approval for laying of the fibre into our building. I immediately emailed the body corporate members and no one has been contacted in this regards. So I asked Vox to show me the signed approval from the other body corporate members. Obviously they were not able to get this nor tell me which member refused to sign.
Now Vox project management team sent me an email to tell me that nothing is going to happen for another month due to slow down. Its pathetic that Vox can not ascertain the cause of the delay and most importantly provide a constructive resolution to the issue. Very poor customer service.
