Does not care about customer experience
The last few months with vox have been consistently bad. The fibre line has broken several times over the last few weeks and EVERY time it happens vox has communication issues with Vodacom so fixing the problem takes twice as long, for example, I would call vox and they would say they send a message to Vodacom to fix the line but when I call Vodacom (after waiting 1-2days for feedback from vox and them giving me the run around) Vodacom say they never received anything from vox. I am not sure why the communication between the two companies is so bad but it is CONSISTENTLY bad and it takes me so much time to get an accurate and clear answer from any them. Perpetually being sent from pillar to post. Worst of all vox never does what it says it will. They say they will call back but don’t, they say they will send a reference number via sms and don’t, they say they’re going to talk to Vodacom but there is no proof they ever do this. The communication is just so bad. I am so tired of calling several times to talk to someone with no answers and who does not care.
Each time a technician would comes to the property they would tell me that the fibre box outside the property needs to be fixed because it’s on its last legs and they would assure me that they sent a report to vox but nothing would happen. That is until today when it appears someone came to finally fix the problem. The internet was working fine before they came and then stopped while they were working but then they disappeared (without telling us they left) and now we have no internet and no one can tell us what is going on.
Even telkom was not this bad.
Best regards,
