Vumatel in association with Vox telecom give customers bad service. Since April this year I had installed my fibre router and had a problem with service after a month due to faulty cable plus losing power for a couple of months my account was still charged. When launching a complaint after having resolved my electrical bills, I could hardly get help until now yet they've still been billing me. When I ask them to send their technical support they didn't know what was wrong with my line. I then spoke with Ronny from Vox and also Nashiefa. Now I have requested to suspended my service, but my biggest problem is that I have paid over 3k for only a months worth of service.
