The YahClick satellite service that Vox Telecom offers is the most frustrating we as a company have ever experienced from a telecoms provider. Not only is the connection unstable, intermittent and slow the support level is even more so. <br> <br> Download and upload data usage just has a life of its own even when our computers are switch off. We did this for the very reason to monitor what is happening. And when we call to follow up on this, they have no idea or responsibility of where this data is been used. Their only response is that our LAN traffic is high? <br> <br> We pay close to R 5000 rand per month, yes that's R5000 on an internet service that is supposed to work where there is no cable or WiFi. They are quite happy to bill us on the date even with the wrong amount. Many phone calls later and been passed around wasting our time to resolve something which was their mistake in the beginning. <br> <br> The only support and commitment to try and resolve this endless problem is a very helpful sub-contractor that has spent many hours at his expense trying to get us a stable connection.<br> <br> Please do your homework before applying for the Vox Telecom YahClick service offering!<br>
