Do Vox really care

What can we say about this company that has given us 3 different story on why we have high latency to EUW servers. First its the cable that has broken or you have been routed incorrectly or the fact that they cant do anything. We are never recommending VOX to any of our friends. Oh and the best part is this never happened 4 months ago but for the last 4 months we been fighting with them about the same problem. Do they care no as long as they get there R1399 every month they will just **** you to the client and let them suffer. Oh and if someone from VOX reads this please do not phone us as we have the same attitude as you we dont care anymore cause we do not want a 4 story stating why the ping to EUW severs are bad.
