DO NOT USE VOX TELECOMS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Vox Telecom has THEE WORST call center ever. I have never been so shocked and disrespected in my entire life. All I could do was laugh and eventually when you ask to talk to a supervisor the line cuts. They are nonchalant, pompous and couldn’t care less about the customer. They try find a fault instead of help work progressively through an issue like them simply not debiting my account as I asked! Aloysia Kanyie even told me to run to her supervisor and the girl the following day was intensely worse when I shared that I had called waiting for a TL and the agent got rude at that. The supervisor Vinky Ntshabele is never available to answer calls or assist customers I never ever get her when I call her. This is the worst place ever
